Job Abroad

Hi,

I am on JSA and have just secured employment abroad.

Only thing is, I will need about £1000 to get me over there and survive for 1 month until I get first payment.

What are my options?

    Ask your employer for an advance or borrow the money.

    Wouldn't expect the DWP to foot the bill... they cant even find money for ppl to retrain....
    You could certainly ask them but there answer will probably be get a loan or ask family....

    :think: Ask your Bank, save up and use your own money, use a credit card, get a loan...or you could ask the Job Centre what your options are.

    But well done and good luck in your new job! :)
