I rented a vehicle for a known rental company. The car has dangerous issues with stee

Hello!

I hope everyone is doing well.

I rented a vehicle with a rental company yesterday (for 3 days) ... and here is my story

When i collected the vehicle... they did not spot out any damages or dents etc... when i went to the car , i straight away see a scrape on the side which was not marked.

I Recorded the whole vehicle just in case.

After driving in the motorway for 3 hours... the car was unstable. the tracking was very bad and the tyre was skidding a lot.

I drove the same vehicle (a year older) and was way better than the one this "rental company" gave me.

Is there anything i can do? The tracking was so bad, i had to stop in the hard shoulder and gave my self 15 minutes to check tyres etc.

I'm not asking if i can sue... i just want to know if i can either get some money back or have any case against them?

i do not care about money... but i am not endangering my life with a car that cant even handle the motorway.

any advice?

Seek professional legal advice (and an independent inspection of the vehicle).

    This is the PPI forum.

As above this is totally the wrong forum but surely the first thing to do would be to phone them and let them know of the problem??

Indeed, but he wants to know about money/compensation he can somehow get. If he's already returned the vehicle, then he's likely already told them of faults with the tracking etc.
