New Tax credits letter?

My wife claims income support and we Child tax credit and not had a new award letter that we get every April yet.
its the one that tells us the payments for the next year so has anyone had theres yet?
we get payments on a Tuesday and had it this week so payments have not stopped.

You don't get a new award letter every April.
You get a renewal notice but these are sent anytime between April and June.
If it's an auto renewal then you keep that as proof of your tax credits.
If you need to reply to it, an award will be sent after you have done so.0
