Hi do First Choice normally drop their prices for packages holidays so many weeks before departure? Any idea how long before? Thanks.

Most travel agents class late deals as 8 weeks and closer to departure. The closer to departure date usually means the cheapest prices - if you could travel the day after, then you will get a better price.0

Of course, the later you leave it the higher the risk of not getting a destination that's suitable.0

Depending on when you want to travel, you may find the choice this year very limited. There are lots of options for June but if you plan to travel in the school holidays your options are likely to be Turkey or Greece, Spain and Portugal are already overbooked well into September!0

In other words, the late deals are the holidays and destinations that no one else wants!0
