The invoice I received said I had been charged £10 so was very misleading: contacted them on twitter and they apologised for this (gave me a scare!) and had a manager email me saying I had not been charged and this was just how their invoicing worked.

What does the DVD suggest - presumably that covers it? Looks from the picture like the sort of bracelet where you don't need a clasp, assuming it is elasticated thread.
