    The invoice also had a return slip attached
    the question is do I have to pay £10 or if not return the goods

  • The invoice I received said I had been charged £10 so was very misleading: contacted them on twitter and they apologised for this (gave me a scare!) and had a manager email me saying I had not been charged and this was just how their invoicing worked.

    I've received mine too but not exactly sure what I'm supposed to do with it. Do we need to purchase a clasp and attach it to the end??

    What does the DVD suggest - presumably that covers it? Looks from the picture like the sort of bracelet where you don't need a clasp, assuming it is elasticated thread.
