Your parents are giving you a deposit? - that doesn't sound good....
Have you spoken with your broker about this?0 -
Thank you for your reply. That is our hard earned money, saved over there when we worked there and planning to bring it here now.
Please some one advice.

If it's in your own overseas account and you can show that it came from your earnings, just transfer it to your UK account.0

Thank you for advice. I was told that If I bring above 25k ,Iam in trouble for loan.
Also can you advise how much I have to show in savings in each month to lenders so I get a mortgage straightaway.
This house buying thing came up suddenly and we just spent things here and there on cars and vacations. So bank statements for the last 3 months savings is only 700 per Month.
Thank you

You need to go and see a mortgage broker.
He or she can check the market and find a lender who will be OK with the overseas deposit and can help you sort your finances ( maybe pay off the loan or any other debts)
Trying to do this yourself may cause you problems0 -
I'm also new (sorry to whoever's post I'm hijacking).I want to create a post, about a joint property ownership dispute but can't find where/how to do this. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Literally 0

Not sure if I understand your question, but it seems you have already successfully joined this Forum (because you have a username) so you are halfway there.
Navigate to the 'House buying renting and selling' Board (one step back from this screen) and scroll up to near the top of the screen and click or tap on the blue button 'New thread' on the left. This will let you add a title (e.g. 'joint property ownership dispute' and below, your question. Press the submit button
Or start from the beginning again at http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/index.php and scroll down and tap on 'House buying renting and selling' Board in which case the 'New Thread' button may be pink
Or have I misunderstood you?0 -
No that's a big help. Thank you very much x0
