Hi,
I am in the process of purchasing a house, it is a maisonette with a a shared back garden. There was an issue with the back garden not matching the plans in the lease. My solicitor said the plans and lease needed to be amended by Deed of Variation to give us a clean title before we purchased. The co-freeholder have agreed (The Seller and 1 other Freeholder), plans have (finally) been drawn up and signed by all parties required. The sellers solicitor has registered it at Land Registry.
My question is, how long will this process take? on average give or take? We'd just like some guidance so we can make sure we ahave everythign ready for when it get done.
Thanks in advance!
Ryan
