    I'm signed into Google Photos/Google Drive on my iPhone/iPad using one account so I'd imagine you can do the same with Android.

    Even if the version of Android is not the same on different devices and have different apps installed ??

    yes, as part of the point is to be able to access your data across multiple devices if you so wish ;)

    I use the same google account with a desktop, surface 4 and android table and they all sync together for email, google drive, bookmarks etc. works painlessly.
