NordVpn gives me 6.42MB/sec (Same as CyberGhost)

My IP provider Plusnet download speed is 6.8MB/sec

+1 for NordVPN. Very reliable, though I can't say too much about speed as I never max it out.

I paid $40 for 2 years about a year ago. If you google "NordVPN offer" you'll find offers with $3/month at the moment.
