Tax Credit migration to UC

There has been a few posts on here and a news article regarding a 'full roll out' of UC.

If you already claim working tax credit, when will you be asked to claim universal credit?

- is it only when your local JCP becomes a 'full roll out' JCP as noted in the Phase 1 and Phase 2 document recently released by the Gov?

- what if your JCP is already accepting claims for single claims, or claims for couples etc?

Seeking clarification. Thanks

P.S How does disability related working tax credit work in respect of UC?

Most job centres are now doing UC claims, but only new claims from single people with no kids. i.e simple cases their computers can cope with. It's looking like a long slow rollout ,perhaps over the next 5 years. I think people who are claiming WTC will be towards the end of the queue.

There isn't one, this element has been phased out under UC
