Pretty common for it not to be included in Scotland, blocks vary in how much management goes on. If it isn't, just get your own, it doesn't really make a difference as long as you're covered one way or another.0

We have a separate charge for buildings insurance, not included in the service charge, but still payable. Might you have something similar?0
