Has anyone bought a website on Ebay?

I'm wondering if anyone here has bought a website on Ebay? In the businesses for sale section there are hundreds of websites for sale. Some look naff but others look like they might be a genuine way of earning some extra cash. Many of the sites are adsense/affiliate sites claiming that you can earn hundreds of pounds per month. Has anyone ever bought one of these sites and have they had any success? I'd love to hear some experiences - good or bad!!

While I personally haven't purchased any of these sites, I've investigated several sites that claim to be earn hundres of pounds per month with little/no work and have found none that aren't too good to be true.
I would be asking the seller for proof that the site generates the traffic and has the bounce rate it would take to acheive these levels of income.
