Ashbourne Membership Management Gym Contract

As above, it's a 12m minimum term, not a 12m contract. Fail to give notice and it continues, just like your mobile contract-though that usually requires only 30 days notice.
OP isn't questioning that. They have paid 10 months so far and ashbourne are telling them they still have a minimum of 5 to pay (ie the 12 month minimum period + 3 months notice). You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Can anyone dig up the direct information where that part of the contract was deemed unfair? I will be forever grateful as I'm either being blind or cannot find the exact bit.
I want to go back at them armed with information tomorrow, I requested them to cancel now and use this point as the 3 month notice but I am expecting a cut and shut reply tomorrow refusing.
Thanks all.0
