    Hi

You are going to Florida at quite a nice time, not too hot, just nice. I wouldn't want to take little ones in high summer.
We go to Disney often and there's plenty for littlies to do. It's not all fast rides, there's nice slow ones like the Winnie the Pooh ride, also parades, short shows etc. Take a look at the Disney world website, it will give you an idea whether you'd enjoy it.
    Have fun

We went when my grandson was just coming up to 3 and yes, we took things easy with regular breaks but the utter delight of his little face when he saw Mickey for the first time will forever be etched my memory.

Your memory yes - your grandsons memory ?

For the OP, if you want to go, then go & you'll all have a great time.
Don't muddy the waters by talking about 'value for money' and she's 'mature' for her age.

Then start saving for further trips in years to come when she'll actually remember what she's done, where she did it and who she did it with :D

I think your 3 year old would love Disney. We took our two when they were 5 and 2 and they had a ball. Yes, the younger one has no memories of the holiday at all, but we as a family do, and a lot of Disney is aimed at children your daughter's age.
I have never stayed in a Disney hotel so can't comment, but we were more than happy to stay off-site, and Orlando has an unbelievable range of accommodation to suit all budgets.

If you have family living in Orlando it may be worth getting them to buy the passes for you as there are various Florida resident discounts . They will probably have suggestions for things to do. Personally I wouldn't bother with Kennedy as she's so young but I'd look at the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom at Disney but also Universal has a lot of Hannah Barbara stuff aimed at little ones - and Seaworld is great if she likes animals of the wet kind.

Islands of adventure has a bigger Seuss themed area with several rides for younger ones.
