Start putting items in your basket ready for when the sale starts and if you're lucky they'll be reduced.

If you're a SPARKS member you will have received priority access email with a link to what's on offer :j

Except you don't- they've never ever sent me advanced notice of a sale. They can't even manage to send me confirmation of your order emails!

Sorry, I know you have to have xxxx number of points before you're sent priority access to their sale.

I have the requisite number of points but have also never been sent priority access or even notification. I personally think that the whole SPARKS thing is a waste of time and quite poorly run.

    What....another sale...
I refer to my byline below ...

    Ad hominem
An attack upon an opponent in order to discredit their arguement or opinion. Ad hominems are used by immature and/or unintelligent people because they are unable to counter their opponent using logic and intelligence.

I have the right number of points and did get the priority access email....... unfortunately anything I thought I might like was out of stock in the right size. Typical :D

Add me to the list of those thoroughly disillusioned by M&S Sparks, I have not been able to use a single one of their "targeted" offers as they just are not targeted to my spending patterns.

And, I'm still sulking that they withdrew the 'coffee card' system - I consider myself 'down' two free cups by now :o.

Who remembers when M&S never had a "sale"? That word was never used.

As I recall the closest they got to it was to put "Reductions" or maybe "Seasonal Reductions" on stickers on the doors or windows a couple of times a year.

By having sales so frequently now they are at least showing they are trying to be current with a quick turnover of styles.

Massively unimpressed with this "sale". Just had a look at the men's trousers and most were cheaper than this in their last sale which ended a couple of weeks ago.
