THE PROMOTER: Dr. Oetker, Centrum, 4600 Park Approach, Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8GB.

1. This Competition is open to residents of the UK aged 13 or over, excluding employees of Dr. Oetker or its affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone else professional connected to the Promotion.

2. Entrant between the age of 13 and 18 will need to obtain permission from a parent or guardian before entering this Promotion.

3. No Purchase necessary; however entrants must have a Gmail account or sign up for one through the Chicago Town website and internet access to enter.

4. COMPETITION PERIOD: You can enter between: 12.00 BST on Thursday 14th April 2016 and 18.00 BST on Wednesday 15th June 2016. There will be eight rounds with three winners per round – 1st, 2nd and 3rd, plus one finale week open to a public vote, hosted on the website, for the 24 winners from the eight rounds, see details below:

5. TO ENTER: Each Round Week a Chicago Town dance routine video will be uploaded at https://www.chicagotown.com. Film yourself or get someone to film you performing the specific week’s Chicago Town dance routine and freezing a move, then upload the video to the Chicago Town website.

6. FURTHER ENTRY DETAILS:

a. The video used to enter the Promotion must be of the entrant. Entrants must only submit images that are their own work;
b. Entrants must not upload videos which have been previously published or won an award or prize via a Promotion run by the Promoter or any other entity;
c. Entrants must only upload videos that do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to, ownership, copyrights, trademarks, patents, logos, licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other intellectual property rights;
d. Videos uploaded must follow the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; and
e. The video should be no more than 21 seconds in length to be valid. Any video submitted that is longer than this will be disqualified from the Competition.
7. Maximum of one entry per Round Week, per household.

8. THE VIDEO MUST INCLUDE:

a. The entrant performing that particular week’s dance routine including the Freeze a Move pose;

9. THE VIDEO MUST NOT INCLUDE:

10. HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTICE:

a. Chicago Town dance routine can be very fun, but it can also be quite physical and challenging. It is essential that you are properly prepared and that you safeguard your health.
b. We do not advise you to participate in the Chicago Town dance routine have any medical condition such as cardiac problems, asthma, diabetes or mobility issues without first checking with your GP.
c. The Promoter, Dr. Oetker cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
11. By entering the Promotion, entrants give their permission for their entries/videos and any details provided to be used by the Promoter without further compensation for any purpose including promotional purposes for up to one year. Copyright will remain with the entrant. The entrant understands and agrees to the Promoter publishing these entries/videos on but not limited to their website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. They also agree to other possible promotional use in media of the Promoter’s choosing without any payment or need to acknowledge the entrant as the author. The Promoter may modify any entry for promotional use without permission from the entrant.

13. The Chicago Town pizza vouchers are subject to their own terms and conditions which can be found on the back of the vouchers and can be used in any major supermarket in the UK.

15. WINNER SELECTION: All valid entries received by the end of each Round Week (subject to moderation) will be entered into that week’s competition. The independent judge will choose a winner each week within 6 days of the end of that Round Week’s Promotion Period.

16. INDEPENDENT JUDGE: All entries will be judged by Miranda Jane of Miranda Jane’s School of Performing Arts - https://www.mjteenballetandstreetdance.com.

17. JUDGING CRITERIA: Each approved entry will be judged based on the entrant’s Passion, Energy, Personality and Movement.

18. MODERATION: The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

a. contains any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
b. includes trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by you or used without the right holder's prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
c. defames, misrepresents, or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners); and
d. promotes any political agenda.
19. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours of the relevant Round Week Judging. The winners have 48 hours to respond to initial notification confirming they wish to accept the prize, and failure to comply with this timeframe will result in disqualification of that winner and the prize will be awarded to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.

20. PLEASE ALLOW 28 DAYS FOR DELIVERY OF THE PRIZES FROM THE DATE OF PRIZE ACCEPTANCE.

21. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated. No cash alternatives will be available. In the event for any reason a prize winner does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.

22. Entry into this Freeze a Move Competition confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by the final decision(s) of the Promoter.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, remove an entrant or withhold or modify any prizes in the event that there are reasonable grounds for believing that a winner or entrant has contravened any term or condition of entry or in the event that the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that the winner or entrant has acted or may act in a manner that could damage the reputation of the Promoter, any company associated with the Promoter or any brand or product associated with either the Promoter or any affiliate company of the Promoter. 25. Incomplete, inaudible and/or illegible entries will be disqualified. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any Competition.

26. The results of the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

27. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
