Citi Plus Current Account changes....

Hi.

Just had an email telling me I need to pay £3500 into my account every month from 1 October 2016 or they will charge me £15.

Either that or maintain a balance of £30,000 to avoid the charge.

Previously I needed to credit £1800 per month to avoid an £8 fee.

I am posting this to ask if anyone else has had a similar communication from Citi Bank?

I kind of like them as the £500 overdraft is interest free and the staff at the telephone centre in Barcelona are friendly.

But I would need to make multiple credits to make up £3500 per month.

If I can get some information from here it will be useful for when I need to speak to them about these changes.
