Need some advice.
If you discuss your case with a Claims Management Company on the telephone and arrange for their agent to visit you at home to collect relevant documentation, during the 5 minute visit the agent gets you to sign the T & C's ie the contract.
Does anybody know if this a off premises contract or an distance selling contract?

It's a legally-binding contract !

It's hardly "distance selling" is it?0 -

''Contracts concluded away from business premises and where both are present, e.g. when visiting homes, are off-premises contracts.''0
