Best Credit Card or Bank Account for Binary Brokers

I do a bit of binary Trading from time to time, and I currently use my HSBC Advance account Debit card, but I get charged a fee of around 2.75% called a Non-Sterling Transaction Fee both when I deposit at the Broker and Withdraw, I use Banc De Binary, OptionBit and SecuredOptions.

If I used my Credit Card would that be Treated as a Cash Advance (Which I dont want), so would it still be cheaper using my Debit card, and if so are there any other banks cheaper than HSBC for he Non-Sterling Transaction Fee ?.

Many Thanks

For deposits see debit cards in Top Travel Spending Cards.
Not sure that it works the same way for withdrawals.

Also, have a look at Revolut, but it's Mastercard prepaid card, not a debit card. Mastercard are known to be awkward with withdrawals to their credit cards. I expect the same from their prepaid card.

Halifax Clarity is worth trying that charges neither for conversion nor for cash advances. However, it's Mastercard again and I am not sure about 'gambling' transactions.

I do have the Halifax Clarity Card, the Lloyds Premier Duo Amex / Mastercard, Barclays Cashback and NatWest Black Mastercard, but I am not too keen on it being treated as a cash advance.

Not to mention that you'll never get any rewards for cash advances.
