Doggy day care in wolverhampton

I appreciate this is short notice, but we, myself, and my wife, are due to go to a wedding in Wolverhampton next Sunday. We have just rescued a blind pug, had her about a month or so, and she is settling in. We have no-one who can look after her when we go to the wedding, so we're looking for someone to look after her and our other dog, during the day. Does anyone know of anyone they have used that they could recommend? I don't want to pick someone I've found by googling, as we want someone who could look after a blind pug. Thanks for your help

I don't know if it's too far away or what it's like but we use a kennels called Royvon here in South Wales that has a branch in Coventry.

We've always found that they are very helpful and quick to respond if you email them with any concerns while our dog is there.

Alternatively have you thought about a pet sitter?

Thanks, will contact them tomorrow morning, and see what they say. We thought about a pet sitter, but would prefer to be close guy in case there are any problems on the day. We live in Edinburgh, so we would be worried about being that far away if there was an issue

Not quite Wolverhampton, but not a million miles away. This lady comes highly recommeded by the Founder of the dog rescue I volunteer for.
