I notice that cheap landlines can be obtained from Falconnet, Vivaciti and IDNet - possibly others.
These are also on a 30 day rolling contracts and some include the ability to bolt on calling packages.
Why have these not featured properly on MSE?
Or at least I can't see they have. My landline is with IDNet and by paying up front it is £11 a month equivalent. No real need for any Quido mullarkey either to offset things. Also IDNet is British based call centres and none of the press 1 or say your problem like with larger operators.

Do you have some kind of undisclosed motivation?0

If you look into some of them, there are setup fees which obviously increases the price, then the price of the broadband is more. There are several deals where you get free broadband, 12 months upfront line rental with free setup.0

How much does it cost when you take broadband?
