Hi all
does anyone use Manage my tax credits and could help me out!
I changed my working hours on Friday from 37.5 to 33.5
before this my manage your tax credits said
Working Tax Credit
£22.65
Child Tax Credit
£325.19
Paid on or by 27th April (weekly)
This was my normal weekly payment, now it says
Working Tax Credit
£25.18
Child Tax Credit
£321.46
Paid by 28th April
It doesnt say anything about weekly and my payment date has changed
Does anyone have any idea why it would say that, also why would my payments go down?
Thanks

When did you change your hours? I'm in a similar situation to you I changed mine from 30 to 25 hrs on 12th of April and had no amended award yet they are usually really quick. Never had a issue but was really worried that reducing my hours would put me on universal credit / the dreaded uc as everyone would say! Have you not been changed over then, I'm a single parent with one child, an was hoping to save a bit before the transfer to uc, I take it you haven't had your new notice then it's all so confusing0

It's probably just a one off payment because you've made a change.0
