Hi, you're right, it's not, but it would be nice to know what the law is around this.

Be aware that depending on what industry you operate in, there may be additional legislation you need to adhere to - some of which may offer a cancellation/cooling off period (for example financial products) even where the contract doesn't fall within the scope of the CCRs.

Also be aware that depending on circumstances, a refund may still be appropriate. Just because theres no statutory right to one doesn't mean theres no right at all to one. Depending on what exactly you're selling/providing, you may only be able to retain actual losses reasonable incurred.

Basically when the other party breaches the contract, you shouldn't be any worse off for their breach, but shouldn't profit from it either.
