Thanks for starting us off again NewShadow!
Trying to run the freezer and the cupboards down this week and hoping to spend very little so our weeks looks like this.
Sun - Garlic ribeye, hasselback potatoes, stuffed mushrooms (bacon, mushrooms, parsley, breadcrumbs and cream cheese) and spring salad (courgette, grilled asparagus, goats cheese, hazelnuts and lemon)
Mon - Honey, lime and ginger pulled pork (didn't have it on Saturday) with brown rice, pineapple salsa, green salad and homemade tostadas.
Tue - Courgette and gruyere tart, minted potatoes and roasted tomato salad.
Wed - Coconut chicken pitas with crispy mung bean, cucumber and tomato salsa and green salad.
Thur - Herbed toad in the hole with bacon wrapped bangers, mashed potatoes and steamed spring veg.
Fri - Thai green curry with coconut rice and shredded salad.
Sat - Stuffed peppers with chickpeas, goats cheese and coriander, roasted Spanish vegetables and garden salad.

Tomato and mozzarella fried gnocci
Pork and prawn fried rice with spring rolls and sweet chilli dip
Sirloin steak with oven baked polenta chips
Firey honey chicken with sweet potato mash

Mon: Homemade scotch eggs, potato salad, green salad and beetroot.
Tues: Sea bass fillets with chilli rice.
Wed: Braised steak and onions, green beans carrots and peas.
Thurs: Linguine with pesto, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
Fri: Trout with salad potatoes, broccoli and carrots.
Sat: Whatever's lurking in the pantry or something on toast.0
