Going for another no spend week, so needing to use mostly defrosted produce, but also looking for a bit more variety as I'm starting to get bored of roast turkey... Lunch should be leftovers from each day.
Mon - moussaka hash (potatoes, aubergine, onion, garlic, ex-lean mince, tomatoes, egg, nat yogurt, marjoram, nutmeg)
Tuesday - florentine gammon (potatoes, garlic, spinach, mushrooms, gammon steak, eggs, nat yogurt)
Wednesday - rhubarb and lentil curry (onion, garlic, rhubarb, rice,
garam masala, turmeric, lentils, lemon juice, nat yogurt, coriander, spinach)
Thursday - mackerel pasta (onion, pasta, sultanas, capers, pine nuts, spinach, mackerel fillets, balsamic vinegar)
Friday - Quick n' dirty rice (rice, stock, curry paste, peas, mackerel, nat yogurt, hard-boiled eggs)

That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

Thanks for the thread Newshadow
My first day off in 7 days of working 12-14 hour shifts. I'm aching and tired and we lived on pizza, chilli and 3 minute noodles all last week.
Sunday-Ham and cheese omelettes with garlic mushrooms. I'm too tired to make anything else and I have a packet of ham to use up.
Monday- Lamb curry with turmeric rice
Tuesday-Meatballs with chucky veg in a spicy sauce with "cabbage spaghetti"
Wednesday- LO chilli on jacket potatoes topped with cheddar cheese
Thursday-Bovril and cheeese chicken breasts with stirfry
Friday-Pumpkin seed and halloumi Wrap pizza
Saturday-Unknown yet, maybe a sausage casserole
I have a short week this week so I'm off today and tomorrow and also Wednesday. That will give me time to make some bread and soup and things for lunch. Might do a quiche to as there is 400g of ham to use up. My first task is to check the fridge, I'm scared to look
Have a frugal week everyone :A£36/£240

I've been meaning to ask - is this shredded boiled cabbage?
Thanks, I'm still lying in bed then I'm off for that bubble bath! :A
I cut it thinner than normal shredded spaghetti and then I stir fry it in a touch of garlic oil for just 3-4 minutes. It's just to keep our waist lines in check£36/£240
