You'll have to keep the cat in for the first few weeks anyway, so why don't you leave it for now and see how it goes? Some cats are very predictable with when they go out and you might find it works well with the times you're home to open the door/window anyway.0

You don't have double glazing in the bathroom. That appears to be single glazed. Just get the bottom pane replaced with a new pane with an appropriately sized hole.
Probably cheaper to get a new girlfriend.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
