How to fix paint line on wall?

Hello all,
Hoping someone can advise, I have painted a wall and put up painters tape but somehow it didnt work and now between the wall and the window frame theres a build up of paint and its not straight, can anyone advise how I fix this?

needs a wider shot to tell, but perhaps consider filling the join first, and sanding that flush, then paint? Assumes window is same colour as wall, it's hard to tell.0

When you say "filling the join first" you mean using a filler along the join?0 -
I would run down the corner very carefully with a stanley blade and then scratch the paint off the window surround with a flat blade screwdriver.0
