We assume one of the houses has already been sold as one of the garages seems to include some kind of workshop and dormer style windows - not your run of the mill garage. We would rather stop this before it gets started! We just can't believe that the builder has the audacity to even contemplate this without even asking anybody about access.
Dormer windows on a garage?!
Time to get in touch with the planning dept at the council & check that it is allowed, & get them to check that theyre not 'secretly' building another dwelling.0 -
How is this square of land currently accessed? I'm guessing a private road onto the public highway? Is there's any possibility of getting lockable gates installed? Attach 'Private Property' signs to these and that should do the trick.
If there's isn't any sign of the garages on the plans, I would be informing the council, even more so, if they are opening onto property they have no right to access.
As others have mentioned, I'd put up a fence along the property boundary.0
