MBNA - Customer requesting a promotional offer

Yes I was last offered a LOB rate around Nov time last year.

Anyway I messaged MBNA through the communication centre online and they came back today saying they can't tell me what will be offered in the future so that's no help! Just a case of wait and see. I have a 12 month interest free om balance transfers near enough every month but not on the LOB rate - typically I probably won't be offered one for ages now!

Was a little disappointed after being a customer for so many years and using it a lot but there you go.

I've been offered an LOB offer last month and this month of 6.9% with no fee as has my husband. I'll post back if they offer one next month.

Well thought I'd update as its a new month and my new promotions were posted on my account. I've been offered a rate of 4.9% (0.4034% per month) for the life of any balances I transfer in May with no fees. Very happy today as this is just what I needed. Not sure if my message to them made any difference or I would have been given the offer anyway. Anyway might be worth anybody else wanting a certain promotion asking them in future as you never know.

Thanks for reminding me to check! I have the same LOB offer also, plus 12mths 0% on money transfers all with zero fees! Happy days :j

Perhaps they are feeling generous this month?! :T

Yes I had the same on money transfers which was tempting but my circumstances at the moment mean the low interest rate for the life of balance is most suited to me.
