multiple store cards

Hi everyone
I had multiple store cards in the 1980's
BHS - ETAM - Boots - Dorothy Perkins - Burton
I was successful with my Lloyds credit card PPI but I am stuck on who to write to for theses cards? I am getting conflicting information i.e. GE, New Day or direct?
Would anyone be able to help please who have had success?
Thanks

For those who had store cards from the then Arcadia Group of stores before 2001 (TopMan, Top Shop, DP, Debenhams, Burton and so on), the Santander > FOS > Genworth route is currently proving successful in reclaiming store card PPI.
Genworth are the underwriter so are dealing with the historic liability.
Their address is on the link.
(Most only telephone Santander in order to find the account numbers if you don't already have these.)Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0 -
I am having issues with this also. I've got my account number for one card (DPs) and I'm trying to get an account number for another account (Debenhams) as I wish to make a PPI complaint for both accounts.
I sent an SAR to Santander to try and gain info and they came back saying they had no info on any accounts at all for me, which is interesting as I have not long ago had a PPI claim upheld by Santander on an old Cahoot loan. I ensured I sent them my maiden name and previous addresses also.
Bit stuck now.2 angels in heaven :A0
