Don't know if you can still get it but I was a fan of the Thai red curry from the chilled section. Another 1 I liked is the frozen ready meal gammon ( maybe gammon hock ) with cider gravy, haven't had 1 for a while but I can't recall if the gravy tasted much of cider.
The sausage and mash from the chilled section was nice.0 -
TTD Fish Pie. It comes in a foil dish, but if you transfer it onto a microwaveable dish, you can cook it in the microwave for 6-7 mins.
Its a rave product on Slimming World, especially the healthier version, Be Good To Yourself has double the syns! 4.5 v 9.
Others:
. My Goodness Chilli Prawn Linguine
. My Goodness Chicken Katsu Curry with lemongrass rice
. My Goodness Butternut Squash Risotto
. TTD Lamb Moussaka
. TTD Lasagne (again transfer to microwaveable dish if needed)
. TTD Royal Chicken Biryiani
. TTD Paprika Beef - this is in the bistro meal deal and serves 2. Transfer one half into a freezerable container and freeze.
Sainsburys do often reduce their products the day before, if there are loads of the same product, by 25%. So can buy something and eat it the following day.

Their meal soups are great - the chicken arribiata is my favourite0

I like their basics range of lasagne, 89p, I have it with a salad or some veg, jacket potato. I find it tastes better than the more expensive lasagne they do.0

The butter chicken curry has always been excellent
