It's not 34 adults, probably about 8 families, lot of kids, so it's higher than that.

I get that. The fact that's annoying me is the fact I'm being told I've signed a form when I haven't. They advised they wouldn't accept a booking without, yet they have.

Didn't need to post the same thread twice, just contact a Board Guide to move it or ask someone else to do it.

Underneath page 1 of the Oveseas holidays forum theres display options and it lists the board guides for this forum 3 in fact so click on 1 of the names and send a PM to 1 of them. They arent online at moment.

Or try this first, follow advice posted above and send fermi a PM from here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=12 and ask if she can do it.

We had booked a large family holiday to celebrate one of my grandparents 80th birthdays. We booked one week at a country manor for 34 people.
Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end

We hadn't taken insurance out yet as we weren't due to be going for another few months.

Well now you know the perils of not taking out insurance as soon as you book any part of the trip, hopefully you'll learn from your error.
