TSB cant use card online?

Options
I've just run into a hurdle trying to pay some money to a S&S ISA account.

The page's stuck on SagePay waiting for some sort of ClickSafe thing from TSB to process... but it is just stuck...

I am logged into the account, and can see my money etc. Can do transfers etc.

I think I had the same issue last year when I wanted to pay my GiffGaff with the same card online.

Never had such problems with the other bank accounts.

Any ideas? Does my card have some sort of lock?

Do you have any pop-up blocker active?
Some software may not allow pop-ups. If you have this software installed you must disable it or change the settings to allow pop-ups for ClickSafe ® to operate correctly.

I'd echo was colsten said - when I do transfers/ payments there's usually a message comes up at the top of the webpage - something about allowing the process. I have to click on 'allow' at the right-hand side of the message before FPs go through.

Ok I just completed the online "purchase", so will have some money in the account for ISA purchases.

This was with Chromium browser, and with the allow popups option turned on.

This is mildly annoying though - the Tesco, HSBC and Halifax systems seem to work fine without having to do this.

Ok thanks both for your help! :)
