Staircasing and shared ownership: surveyor recommendation wanted in London area

We're staircasing in a shared ownership property and are looking for a RICS regulated surveyor in the London area who will give a realistic valuation. Can anybody recommend one? As we're staircasing I don't want to pay over the odds for the remaining share. Also, any tips to make sure the valuation is realistic? Thanks so much in advance.
