series of fines from parkingeye

hi all , I could really use some help with this as I don't know where I stand in this particular case .
I've lived at my current address for over 5 years which is on a very busy road and unable to park outside due to this and for the fact my front door leads directly onto traffic lights/crossing , I can normally park down a near by road which is just 2 doors down but on the occasion I've had to park in a retail park directly opposite me over night which is not monitored and on rare occasions when its full I've had to park in a car park which I've now come to see is monitored by parkingeye , the only time I would park here is overnight and my vehicle is always moved the next morning . I have in the past parked upto 5 roads away but as I have 5 children 2 of which are under 3 it proves a huge inconvenience and very stressful for us all when my partner is not with me to transport us all home especially if my 2 youngest have been napping . I received 3 fines in total from parking eye , 2 of which were sent in one letter as they were on 2 consecutive nights and another a week later , before I could even react to the first 2 . as I've parked overnight the amount of hours in the car park are quite high ( 2 being around 15hours and the other 13 hours ) I know this is hugely beyond the 2 hours they give you but I've only parked there when the shops are closed so there's no way I could have cost them money by parking there . personally I find it unfair that they've sent 2 fines in one hit because the way I see it is if they had sent just one fine , I wouldn't have parked there a 2nd or 3rd time and so wouldn't be in this situation provisionally oweing £300 . just want to know if I have a poor/good case for an appeal ? many thanks

Please read the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of the forum to see what to do.

Basically, you have no excuse or reason for parking on the private land so you will need to use the technical arguments advised in the thread. Also, read some contemporary threads on here to see what has previously been advised.

You need to understand the points in the Newbies thread so come back with any particular points needing clarification.

Make sure your appeals go in individually within the appeal window and be aware that Parking Eye are consistently the most litigious of all PPCs, so they are likely to do court in the death.

They are not fines, they are speculative invoices.

As advised, please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES then appeal each one separately using the BPA template in Blue you will find in said NEWBIES.

Copy and paste, do not edit. If/when they are rejected you will need to make a PoPLA appeal for each one. Start reading post 3 of the NEWBIES thread and the POPLA Decisions thread, and construct your own appeals from the newest (this year's) successful appeals.

I know this is hugely beyond the 2 hours they give you but I've only parked there when the shops are closed so there's no way I could have cost them money by parking there .

Do not say any of that! But do not ignore them as they sue people who do not appeal.

Do not call yourself the driver, just the registered keeper.

Go onine and appeal as keeper, putting in the template appeal (blue wriitng) from the NEWBIES sticky thread. Now, one for each PCN, never talking about who was driving nor 'no loss caused'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
