BT Canellation Fee Question.

We are currently under a contract with BT Infinity.
The problem is that we are at the end of our tenancy and have to move back in with parents who already have internet.
I've read that there is a cancellation fee of over £100 which we would obviously like to avoid.
Do we have any special rights in these circumstances as it's not technically our fault that we have to end the contract. Ideally I'd love to stay with them but we can't.

You are breaking the contract not the provider so it is your fault .They will ask for the remaining months of your contract to be paid .

You agreed a length of contract with BT that went past the end date for your tenancy, so I'm afraid it is down to you.0
