Post Office credit card website not working properly

For the second day the Post Office credit card website is not working properly. Yesterday there were a few lines stating that they had a technical issue. This was hidden down the page in smallish type. Has any one else experienced this? They are changing their website and asking everyone to re-register so I presume this is the problem.
