24 (with one working at least 16).
There are exceptions if one of you is incapacitated.0 -
Don't u claim it ,I thought u get that first ,if working ?0

So one could be working 16hrs and the other 8hrs both on min wage?
Then you would get basic WTC, but not the 30hr element. Is there any pressure on you both to work longer?0 -

I think UC will be a long way away, if at all.
It will prob be called something else by the time it actually happens to everybody.0 -

But you would like to work longer if you could, wouldn't you? After all, you would prefer to be able to stand on your own two ( or in this case, four) feet, and not depending on the state ( that is, everyone else) to bail you out?So one could be working 16hrs and the other 8hrs both on min wage?
