Hi
Several years ago my parents purchased their council house. When they did they also put my name down on the deeds. They have both recently passed away and I'm not sure what I need to do regarding the house.
Do I need to notify anyone or get the names taken off?
If so, who do I need to speak to?
Thanks

You and your parents were joint tenants so that the house has passed by survivorship?
Or tenants in common with interests passing via will/intestacy?
