Thomson - declaring number of rooms required for villas

Hi all

I've been looking at prices to Florida for 4 adults and 1 child under 2 through Thomson.

After you've selected your dates it gives you a lists of all the hotels/villas and their prices but if you change the number of rooms required (I want 2 rooms) then the price goes up by at least a few hundred.

I know this is obviously the case for hotels but the prices of 3 bedroom villas also go up with the declaration.

Could I get away with keeping the initial parameters saying 4 adults and 1 child in one room in order to keep the price down on the three bedroom villa?
