Roofing Costs

A property I am looking at buying has had an extension put on many years ago, at the moment it is a flat roof, could anyone advise on the sort of cost I would be looking at to have this taken off and replaced with a pitched tiled roof with 2 skylights.
The room size is 5.94m (19'6) x 2.74m (9').
What sort of cost would I be looking at for this? Would be in the midlands.

I had a flat roof replaced like for like and was smaller than yours and it cost ~£1500 I have assumed putting a pitched roof on would cost more and your roof is bigger.
The only real way to know is get a few quotes when / if you buy the place.YNWA
