NHS Fleet Solutions

I am thinking of purchasing a new car via NHS fleet solutions and wondered if anyone has done this. Also what are the pros and cons. I know I save on tax, NI and pensions. As I work part time this will not affect me too much.
Its more about the deal.
They have given me a monthly figure which is ok. At the end of the term I have 3 options, hand the car back, look at getting a new car or the option to purchase.
In effect its similar to a PCP via a car dealer. The bit I don't know is the option to purchase price which via a dealer they give you a final payment option.
Has anyone purchased a car via NHS fleet solutions and looked into the purchasing the car at the end. How can I work out what this might be.
Also quoted 16-20 weeks. Has anyone received there car sooner.
Looking to purchase a nissan qashai.

They should give you details of the balloon payment due at the end.
Cons: reduction in pension contributions. if you leave its not transferable
As a pt timer are the tax/ni/pension savings that great?
You can usually get the same, if not better price for the car just by haggling with the dealer.0 -
you may be cheaper leasing privately. I work for a gov agency and my maths say that is the cheapest option for me.0

All I know about it is (NHS worker here) if you were to leave/move trusts in the lease period - it's your responsibility to find someone else to take the deal on as I *think* you can't take the car out of the trust/NHS.0
