Hydron Debt & Metering And First Utility
Hi
I have found a legal anomaly whereby Hydron have been leaving letters of intent to apply for a court warrant, where they are overcharging by threat within this letter. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has had the misfortune of having a warrant served against them, as I feel there is a fundamental flaw in the legal process. If you have been affected by this process, please contact me at your earliest opportunity, as I feel the whole process is flawed.

Hi, I've had one of those letters. What should I do?0

Hi Loui
I'm in the process of instructing a Solicitor with regards to the letter that Hydron leave at properties. Firstly, is there a £75 Solicitors fee on the original letter left with you?0 -
Debt Collection Agencies can threaten the gullible and try and charge expenses. Be the figure 50p, £20, £75 or £10,000 the amount it is only enforceable with a court order that the defendant must pay £xx expenses.
Why instruct a solicitor? The information is available on-line from many sources!

P.S.
I am charging £14.86p for the above advice; pay up or else!!0 -
