Money Moral Dilemma: Is it wrong to ask for something back for my staff discount?

Check the T&C's of the staff discount, if what you're doing is against them (which I expect it would be), stop doing it.
If it isn't, then getting the occasional drink or whatever in return seems reasonable. Sad that you'd have to ask for it...
Either way you do have the perfect "out", should you need it - if / when you're sick of it just tell your friends it's no longer available to you :-)0
