That would be the Offer's Shelf then math?

Mine has another shelf where they're clearly just trying to get rid of stuff. The contents can often change on a daily basis - even be empty, though not very often :)

Our local Co-op also has a shelf just for end of line stock and reduced items and you can often pick up the odd bargain there.

But yes moggins, ours also remove all labels when switching promotions and you can never tell what's on offer that day, and it used to pee me off no end when I used to go in there

I would take advantage of the peace while I could and enjoy it. It won't last long when the kids and dh get bac.

OOOHHHH I see the light. There's a whole world of Coop offers I've been missing out on. I shall winkle out this elusive Offers Shelf next time I'm in.

What's the protocol of the coffee shop (sorry slipped into the 21st century there I meant Ye Old Coffee Shoppe)

Do you pop in a say hi before going to the non-chatty info threads or what?

I don't go in the arms so I'm not sure what others do

ummm.. since its an MSE Coffee shop I think there should be some money saving schemes in operation - 10% discount if you bring your own mug for example!
    - also, we should have some fair trade coffee on offer, cus if your going to splash out it should at least be ethical ;)
I've made my debts bite-size too depressing to look at all at once so am handling them one at a time - first up Graduate Loan £1720 paid off! only £280 to go!!!
