Blatant misadventure by EA in magazine

So an EA who has several offices where I live (Essex) has put their magazine through the door. In it there is also a section about letting.
They highlight a particular case study, presumably to show how easy it is to make money as a Landlord. In said case study they note a specific house was bought in 2010 for £120K and is now worth £230k
This seemed very fishy to me as I know the road where the house was. So I checked sold prices on RM and it appears the exact same house actually sold for £187k. It has the same photo!
As a landlord myself I would like to pull them up on this blatant misadvertising!
What would be the first avenue to pursue, and no I don't plan talking to the EA. There must be some kind of advertising body I could approach or failing that should I speak to one of the EA bodies which they are assigned to?

Yes perhaps my first post didn't come across too well and makes me sound like a sad git! Misadventure was a typo...predictive text. And it sold for £187k in 2010, not £120K as the EA says.
Just really wound me up when I saw it and don't think it's right that people should be mislead in this way. Nothing to gain personally but any other profession wouldn't be allowed to lie in this manner (including mine).
