Changing fibre cables layout post-installation. What's the process

Got a new extension being built currently and the connection box is sitting exactly where one of the walls is going to be. Builders have asked me to get it moved. It is a VM one, how can I get that done? Oh and thanks very much for helping me out!

Have you called Virgin to ask them?0

Virgin is not fibre. The wall box contains an isolator, which stops you damaging Virgin equipment further up the chain. The f-connectors just unscrew. If it's tight, use a spanner.
You should protect the end with something. Tape it up with a bit of paper around the copper should do.
An ideal opportunity to hide the cable to the wall socket. It's just a co-ax to the drop box (usually brown plastic box) at the front of your house. I think they use RG-6, but I would use Type 100, which is more expensive.
Avoid mains interference if possible. Builders will simply poke it through existing holes and conduits, RIGHT NEXT to mains cables. . If you catch them doing it, they will just say it doesn't matter. If you tell them beforehand, they will still do it when you are not looking. Shouting afterwards doesn't change anything, you need to watch them do it PROPERLY.0
