County Parking may not be a member of BPA but they ARE in the IPC. Should I lodge a complaint? My main niggle is that I appealed well within the timescale given but this was ignored so I wasn't granted the proper appeals process.
You'll get no sense out of the IPC - they're not on your side, they are the protectors of their members. Don't waste any time or breath.
You're beyond any appeal stage (not that it would have made one iota's difference); you've no alternative other than to ride this out if you don't want to pay. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

What was the original non-discounted charge and how has it escalated to £160?0

The original charge was £50 if paid within 14 days, £100 after that. I assume the inflation to £160 is the DCA fee?0
