Also with a loan I can't predict how much a customer will buy so I don't think that will work

Surely that's the nature of any business ? No-one can predict exactly how much customers will be buying, that's where your market research comes into play to give as good an estimate as possible.
  • They don't deal with the supplier because they don't look for all the best deals on the internet. Not everyone seeks out the best deal.

Anyway I was just wondering what steps I would need to take to reapply again, and if the process would be quicker than waiting for months as long as my electoral roll information is updated..
  • It would make things more complicated with a loan. I could take out a loan and have to work out lots of costs, or simply use a credit card and pay the costs straight back every 2 weeks, keeping the extra I receive for profit.

Try for a credit building credit card or apply with your own bank if you have not much prior credit history once you have your electoral roll registration on the credit report. Ideally I would leave for a few months after the electoral roll appears on the report to build up a bit of confidence.

I suspect your problem might be with not having much of a history too. Probably not a good idea to apply to mainstream cards.
