How long do they usually take to sort a change out? I am getting a reduced rate of ESA but will go to full rate due to this change.0

Just depends how busy the decision makers are at your benefit delivery centre, It can vary from area to area, You could call one day and it could be changed on the third day, But the advisor on the phone should give you an estimate to how long it might take.0 -

Give them at least a week from the date you post it. If you've heard nothing by then, call them.
The alternative of course is to call them in the first place and tell them when the course will end. That way they can let you know if they need any additional information.0 -
I only told her the date the change has happened. She then said it will be passed onto the benefit delivery centre. That was it. So I assume they will be sending a forest of paper to fill in shortly?0

Not necessarily any paperwork to fill in. If you provided everything they need to know during the call there will be nothing else apart from a letter from them informing you of any changes to benefit.0 -
